SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped within three working days of being received and include tracking. If you have made a custom order request please allow more time. An ETA can be discussed with you directly.
It is your responsibility to check concerns regarding delays or lost parcels with Australia Post. If your parcel is lost you must use your tracking number to lodge a dispute. After investigation by Australia Post, if the parcel is deemed lost, we will issue a store credit to you, excluding shipping fees.

Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer change of mind refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. If however an item appears damaged upon arrival, send a photograph to us within 48hrs of receiving it and we will issue a full refund or replace it if stock is available.
We may require the damaged item(s) to be sent back to us, with the cost of return postage being handled on the customers end. Return shipping must include a tracking number and any refunds will be made after receiving the item/s. Returns are to be shipped within 7 days of receiving the item. If returns are made after these 7 days a refund/replacement is no longer available.
